Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and placing an order with No Label, you agree to be bound by the policies outlined below. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these policies prior to completing a purchase.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. No Label is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors will not be refunded or reshipped.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for review, the customer must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the defect or damage
• Original packaging (if requested)
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied. Normal wear, improper care, or damage caused after delivery is not considered a defect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
No Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations.

No Label reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or reversed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size prior to purchase. No Label is not responsible for mis-sizing, fit preference, or sizing errors. Size charts are provided for reference and should be reviewed carefully before ordering.
