Shipping policy
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
